When do I have to place my order? When will it be delivered?

Orders are due each Wednesday by midnight and are delivered to you home, office, or pick up location the following Monday.

How much is delivery? Is there a pick up location?

Weekly delivery is $15. Currently there are 7 pick up locations throughout the Tampa Bay area with no fee:

How is my food delivered?

Your meals will be delivered in a food safe Fit Foodies cooler bag with ice packs to maintain the temperature. Every Monday when your new meals are delivered, our driver will pick up your old bag and ice packs at the same time. To ensure your bags are always picked up, please leave them in the same area they are normally delivered. If you’re skipping a week, no worries at all, we will just grab your bag on the next delivery!

Fit Foodies is a locally owned female business. The owner and operator holds several certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine which include Nutritionist Specialist, and Weight Loss Specialist and has been writing meal plans for years. Both the Owner and Culinary Director are Certified Personal Trainers and make health and fitness their lifestyle, and want to simplify that for others!

If I subscribe, can I choose my meals each week?

Absolutely! But we also recommend choosing your preferences in case you miss the cut off window. New weekly selections are added to the website every Thursday. You have until the following Wednesday by midnight to choose your meals.

As a subscriber, when will I be charged each week?

Your cc on file will be charged every Monday. The new menu is published every Thursday so you have an entire week to select your meals, pause or cacnel. You then have until Wednesday at midnight to make your meal selections.

What type of meals plans are offered?

Balanced. These meals include a heathy fat, protein, and complex carb. Macros for each meal are 35% protein, 35% carb, 30% fat. Ideal for anyone that wants to eat clean and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Low Carb. Theses meals are fewer in calories and carbohydrates. Perfect for someone wanting to lose weight, while maintain a low glycemic index. 

Keto. Meals consist of 70% healthy fat, 20% protein, 10% complex carb. Lowers blood sugar and shifts the body's metabolism away from carbs and toward fat and ketones.
